At Polyscholars Journal, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct in scholarly publishing. Our publication ethics are based on the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability in the peer-review and publication process

1. Authors Responsibilities

  • Authors must submit original, unpublished work and properly cite all sources.
  • Plagiarism, data fabrication, and falsification are strictly prohibited.
  • All authors must have made significant contributions to the research and agree to the submitted manuscript.
  • Conflicts of interest must be disclosed at the time of submission.
  • Authors should not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously.
  • Ethical approval must be obtained for studies involving human or animal subjects.

2. Editors Responsibilities

  • Ensure a fair and unbiased peer-review process, free from conflicts of interest.
  • Maintain confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and reviewer identities.
  • Make publication decisions based on the manuscript’s significance, originality, and clarity.
  • Address ethical concerns such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or conflicts of interest.
  • Take action when ethical breaches are identified, including issuing corrections, retractions, or bans on authors.

3. Reviewers Responsibilities

  • Provide an objective, constructive, and timely review of manuscripts.
  • Maintain confidentiality and not share or use unpublished research for personal advantage.
  • Identify ethical concerns such as plagiarism, data manipulation, or conflicts of interest.
  • Avoid personal criticism and provide feedback that helps improve the manuscript.

4. Plagiarism and Misconduct

  • The journal follows a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism and research misconduct.
  • All submissions undergo plagiarism screening using reliable software.
  • Any detected misconduct, including duplicate publication or data manipulation, will lead to rejection or retraction.

5. Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright under a Creative Commons license. This is an open-access article distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0)
