Author Guidelines for Manuscript Submission

Thank you for considering Polyscholars Journal for publishing your work. To ensure a smooth and efficient publication process, we kindly request authors to adhere to the following guidelines when submitting their manuscripts:

Manuscript Preparation

  • Page format: Manuscripts should be prepared as Microsoft Word documents in Times New Roman (font size 12) on A4 size paper, leaving margins of 1 inch on all four sides in a single column. Line spacing should be single-spaced, including references and tables. Tables and figures should be placed in their respective positions in the manuscript with appropriate titles and legends. Articles should not exceed 30 printable pages; extra pages will incur charges.
  • Title of the Manuscript: Provide a clear and concise title that accurately reflects the content. Avoid abbreviations or acronyms.
  • Author Information: Include the names of all contributing authors along with complete affiliations (institution, department, city, country). Designate one corresponding author and provide their full contact information (mailing address, telephone number, and email). Indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*).
  • Abstract: Provide an informative abstract summarizing research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. It should convey the manuscript’s key findings and significance clearly.
  • Keywords: Include 3-6 relevant keywords separated by commas.
  • Introduction: Present the background and context of the study, highlighting research gaps and objectives. Clearly state the research questions or hypotheses.
  • Materials and Methods: Describe materials, subjects, or participants used in sufficient detail for reproducibility. Outline the research design, methodology, and statistical analyses, referencing established methods with citations.
  • Figures and Tables: Include all figures and tables within the manuscript, appropriately numbered with clear captions. Ensure high quality and clarity to support results.
  • Results and Discussion: Present findings clearly using text, tables, and figures. Analyze and interpret results in the context of the research objectives and existing literature. Discuss implications and significance.
  • Acknowledgements (if any): Mention any research grant support or assistance from colleagues/institutions.
  • References: Use bracketed citation style, e.g., Single Author (Jon C, 2022), Multiple (Jon C et al., 2018). List references in the order of appearance following APA Style.
